Is it viable, fundable and allowed? Technical, financial and institutional checks.

  2. Detailed project report

Scope, cost, phasing and risks, written to clear appraisal.

  3. Bid and partner selection

RFPs, evaluation criteria and a transparent tender process.

  4. Delivery through a PMU

  5. Handover and training

Your staff run it after we step back, with records and systems in place.

Hospitals ready for the assessor

CONORG was among the first firms to take government medical college hospitals through full NABH accreditation consulting. Thirteen colleges in Madhya Pradesh followed our six-stage method, and the Gujarat health department brought us in for NABH and NQAS across the state.

  • 13 government medical colleges
  • 1 statewide programme, Gujarat
  • 10 private, ESIC and AYUSH facilities
How we work with hospitals

Heritage that people come back to

In 2026 alone, the Directorate of Archaeology, Archives and Museums and the Wakankar Institute in Madhya Pradesh gave us eight work orders and agreements: temple conservation, a UNESCO nomination framework, heritage podcasts and staff training. Our Archaeology Experience framework pairs careful conservation with a better visit.

  • 8 heritage work orders in 2026
  • 3 state heritage institutions

What we build beyond client work

Two long-term commitments run by CONORG, each answering a gap that India's own data makes plain.

शाश्वत

ShashvatLiving memorial trees

Shashvat turns remembrance into a living memorial. Families and institutions dedicate a tree to a loved one or a life event; we plant it scientifically on land we provide on a free long-term lease, care for it every year, and share its produce with the sponsor. India's tree cover is still short of the national goal, and every tree that survives adds to it.

  • Annual care: nutrition, irrigation, cleaning and security
  • Zero commercialisation of land

SashaktEducation for meritorious girls

Sashakt gives direct financial support, only for education, to girls with proven merit and genuine need. In India about one in five girls who finish Class X does not go on to Class XI. Sashakt closes the gap between merit and means so that ability, not family income, decides how far a girl studies.

  • Secondary, senior secondary, higher education and exam preparation
  • Selection on merit and need, with no favouritism
  • Funds used for education only

Shashvat: a tree that keeps a memory alive

A not-for-profit plantation initiative by CONORG. Dedicate a tree to someone you love or a moment you cherish. We plant it, nurture it and protect it, and it gives back to you and to the air we all share.

Abstract

Shashvat (शाश्वत, "eternal") offers individuals, families and institutions a way to honour loved ones and mark life events with a living memorial. Each dedicated tree is planted to scientific and ecological guidelines on land CONORG provides on a free, long-term lease, and receives annual care covering soil nutrition, irrigation, cleaning and on-ground security.

Sponsors choose between fruit-bearing species, whose produce is shared with them free of cost, and native climate-positive species chosen for carbon capture, soil health and biodiversity. The land is never commercialised. The result is a memorial that grows instead of fading, and a small, measurable contribution to India's tree cover and climate commitments.

Why it matters

India needs more trees, and trees that survive

The national data shows a clear gap between the green cover India has and the cover its own policies and climate pledges call for. Planting is only half the job: survival depends on years of care, which is what Shashvat funds.

Forest cover 21.76%Trees outside forests 3.14%
The gap in one picture

About 2.7 lakh sq km short of one-third green cover

India's forest and tree cover stands at 25.17% of its geographical area, against the National Forest Policy goal of one-third. Closing that gap means roughly 2.7 lakh square kilometres more under trees, an area larger than Uttar Pradesh. Much of the new growth has to come from outside forests: farms, villages, campuses and community land.

Sashakt: when a girl is educated, generations are empowered

A not-for-profit initiative by CONORG that gives direct financial support, only for education, to meritorious girls whose studies are at risk because of money.

Abstract

Sashakt (सशक्त, "empowered") bridges the gap between merit and means. It identifies girls who have shown academic merit and face genuine financial need, and funds their education directly, from secondary school through senior secondary, higher education and preparation for competitive examinations.

Selection is based on merit and need alone, with no favouritism or influence, and funds are never used for anything other than education. The aim is long-term: confident, self-reliant young women who become professionals and leaders, rather than short-term relief that ends when the money does.

Why it matters

Girls reach Class X. Too many stop there.

India has nearly closed the gender gap in early schooling. The loss now happens after Class X, exactly when fees, coaching and travel costs rise, and when support matters most.

Where girls drop out

The steepest fall comes after Class X

Girls' gross enrolment ratio is above 90% in the middle-school years, then falls by more than 30 points by Classes XI–XII. That is when fees, coaching and travel costs rise, and exactly where Sashakt's support begins.
